A SPECIAL MEETING of the Larchmont Village Planning Board will be held on TUESDAY, April 19, 2016, at 8:15 PM in the MUNICIPAL BUILDING of said Village at 120 Larchmont Avenue, Larchmont, New York, for the purpose of reviewing all submissions and documents related to the following:

Planning Board Discussion  - Application of Gabriel Senor, P.C., for RGF Development Corp., owners, for subdivision (received preliminary approval) and site plan approval (demolition approved at the 6/8/15 meeting) at 5 Vanderburgh Avenue, Larchmont, New York, Block 607, Lot 286.  This property is in the process of being subdivided into (4) lots for the construction of (4) new single family dwellings.

The Public is welcome to attend.  Public comment period may be opened by the Planning Board.
